The hexagon project invites participants to respond
to a simple yet open-ended prompt:

What is something you’re carrying right now — a question, a worry,
a hope, or a moment that has stayed with you?

Each reflection is drawn or written on a hexagonal card,  a shape chosen for its ability to connect and tessellate, forming larger patterns when placed together. This ongoing collection of hexagons becomes a kind of emotional mapping: private yet connected, individual but not isolated.
The project began within a school community but is now expanding into libraries, neighborhoods, and other shared spaces. All are welcome to contribute, regardless of age or background.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

If you’d like to create offline, send us an email with your mailing address and we’ll ship you a hexagon board. You can return it once you’re done.
We’re also placing drop-off boxes in select schools and community spaces in Los Angeles and other cities,  details will be announced later.
